Tax Issue:
For now, some countries may cause fees by your country's customs. If you have questions about the tax issue, please contact us directly.But in some countries the product price included tax and it is listed below.Â

Orders Tracking
1. After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. And your order will proceed to our local warehouse and the order will be ready within 24-48 hours.
2. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number, and you are also able to track the status of your order through the email. Your package will typically be delivered within 3-5 business days.
3. Delivery time and transportation time are for reference only.
Shipping Carriers
We will ship the products from our US local warehouses by our cooperated carriers. We are unable to choose an exact carrier for your order. Your order might be shipped by UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics US, 4PX and etc.
For orders shipping outside the EU, US, and UK, it's important to know that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility as we only charge the transportation fee for your order. Please contact your country's customs office for information on any additional costs.
Please also note, our trade term is FOB China. After the goods are on board, the ownership of the goods is transferred to the consignee. And the consignee is responsible for customs clearance and submitting related materials. MATATASTUDIO is not responsible for any delays in delivery or non-receipt of goods caused by failures or errors in submitting the materials for customs clearance timely.
1. Do I have to pay import tax, duty tax and local taxes (VAT)?
Yes. For USA/EU/UK orders, these taxes will be charged before shipping. Others (except HK, Macao and China Mainland) depend on the shipping destination; consigneemay make customs clearance and pay for duty/local taxes. If you're located in Brazil, kindly provide your CPF in the order's notes section to comply with customs requirements.
2. Will you mark my package as a gift so that I can avoid duty/VAT/import costs in my country?
Unfortunately, we're unable to do that as it is against the law and could affect MATATASTUDIO's future product exports.
3. My destination is not listed above. How can I buy it?
If your destination is not listed, please contact robbin@matatastudio.com for details. We'll assess shipping options. Please also check with your local customs for smooth clearance.
4. Can I ship my order to a PO Box / APO / FPO address?
Sorry, we cannot ship to a PO Box / APO / FPO address.
5. Which courier will you use for shipping?
FedEx, USPS, DHL, UPS or Royal Mail.
6. How do I change my shipping address?
Send email to robbin@matatalab.com about changing the shipping address if it's not shipped.
If your parcel has been shipped already, we will not be able to change your address and you will need to contact USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL/Royal Mail to amend your details. Please verify your address when placing orders.
7. Can I cancel my order? How do I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel until we have shipped your order. Send email to robbin@matatalab.com about canceling the order.
